How do I make a purchase?
To check availability, please e-mail me (thatgirl[at]candacejean[dot]com) regarding the piece(s) you are interested in. I am happy to send additional images of the piece and to answer any questions you may have about the artwork.Payment:
I will send an invoice (payable by credit card) via email for the artwork if you decide to make a purchase. Shipping will be calculated in to the invoice.
Cash or credit card is accepted with local pick-up. Checks are not accepted.
Payment plans can be arranged; contact me for details.
Local pick-up:
Local pick-up is available for residents of Utah. This way shipping charges can be avoided and artwork can be viewed in person before purchase. Payment in cash or by credit card are both accepted with this method. Please contact me for details.
International orders:
I don’t often sell original artwork to international customers, simply because the art cannot be tracked with USPS once it leaves US borders. Lost packages cannot be replaced or refunded. If you are an international customer, please contact me about purchasing artwork as options are still available (UPS, FedEx, etc).
Insurance:
All original artwork will be shipped with tracking and insurance. After delivery, care of artwork is the responsibility of the new owner.
What is "raw" art?
“Raw” is used to describe artwork that is not framed. You’ll receive the artwork itself asit was created; most likely the piece of paper it was drawn on placed in a cellophane sleeve with rigid backing for support. Framing choices can then be decided on by the new owner.
